Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the 01jl16 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services available at https://01jl16.cam.
• "Account" means the registered player account held by an individual with 01jl16.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account with 01jl16 and uses the Platform for real-money gaming or related activities.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their 01jl16 wallet that are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, bonus funds, or free spins credited to an Account under a promotion, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and payment verification process required by 01jl16 for withdrawal eligibility and account security purposes.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a game, event, or market available on the 01jl16 Platform.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available in the Player's account settings.

Eligibility & Account Registration

The 01jl16 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration, consistent with applicable guidelines governing online casino-style gaming in the Philippines. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

01jl16 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed. Any funds in the Account at the time of closure due to underage access will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the 01jl16 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent that online gaming is not prohibited in your jurisdiction. 01jl16 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where such activity is explicitly prohibited by law.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to: your legal full name, a valid Philippine mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You agree to keep this information current at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the 01jl16 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or devices — is strictly prohibited. 01jl16 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and forfeit all associated balances without prior notice.

Account Security & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 01jl16 Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity that occurs under your Account will be attributed to you.

In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 01jl16 immediately by contacting our support team. 01jl16 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security or to notify us promptly upon discovering a breach.

01jl16 reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawal requests, or in response to a compliance review. Acceptable identity documents include valid Philippine government-issued IDs such as the PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, or passport. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

01jl16 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 01jl16 does not accept deposits or withdrawals via cryptocurrency or third-party payment processors not listed in the Platform's current payment page.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change at 01jl16's discretion. Current limits are always displayed on the Platform's deposit page.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed on the Platform at the time of the request. For verified accounts, GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within standard business banking hours. 01jl16 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal of funds is subject to: (a) completion of applicable KYC requirements; (b) fulfilment of any bonus wagering requirements attached to funds in the Account; and (c) 01jl16 not having reasonable grounds to believe the Account is involved in fraudulent or prohibited activity. 01jl16 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any compliance investigation.

An Account is considered dormant if no real-money login activity occurs for a period of 12 consecutive months. 01jl16 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱200 per month to dormant accounts, or to close dormant accounts and transfer remaining balances in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Players will be notified before inactivity fees are applied.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 01jl16 are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms published with the applicable promotion. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before the bonus — or any winnings derived from the bonus — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated in the relevant promotion terms. Real money balances are used before bonus balances unless otherwise specified.

01jl16 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses under multiple accounts, placing low-risk hedging bets to complete wagering requirements, and systematic exploitation of promotional offers. 01jl16 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

01jl16 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with active wagering requirements at the time a promotion is modified will be subject to the terms that were in effect when the bonus was credited.

Games, Betting & Technical Issues

The 01jl16 Platform offers live dealer casino games, video slots, sports betting, sabong, bingo, and instant prediction games. 01jl16 reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any game or product from the Platform at any time without prior notice.

A bet is accepted and binding upon confirmation by the 01jl16 system. Once a bet is confirmed and a game round has commenced, it may not be cancelled, amended, or reversed except in the event of a verified technical malfunction as described in Section 6.4.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game, per round, and per day. These limits are displayed within each game or game category. 01jl16 reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure that materially affects the outcome or completion of a game round, 01jl16 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's wallet. Where a technical issue cannot be independently verified, 01jl16's internal records shall be considered final. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

Sports betting markets are offered subject to the rules of the relevant sport or competition. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or abandonment of an event, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules published on the Platform.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 01jl16 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering as or impersonating another person, or providing false identity information during registration or KYC
• Creating or operating more than one Account, including through the use of another person's identity with or without their consent
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform
• Colluding with other players in real-money card or table games to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, payment fraud, or misrepresentation of the source of deposited funds
• Money laundering or using the 01jl16 Platform to process funds derived from criminal activity
• Systematic exploitation of errors in displayed odds, game mechanics, or promotional terms
• Any conduct that disrupts the integrity of the Platform, its other users, or the operation of any game

Intellectual Property

All content on the 01jl16 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, branding, logos, game graphics, text, software, and functionality — is the property of 01jl16 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any portion of the Platform without express written permission from 01jl16.

Privacy & Data Protection

01jl16 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

01jl16 implements industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, hashed password storage, and access controls to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

01jl16 makes no representation or warranty that use of the Platform will result in a financial gain. All games on the Platform involve risk. Past results do not predict future outcomes. The Platform is provided for entertainment purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 01jl16 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if 01jl16 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

01jl16's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of real money funds held in the Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

While 01jl16 endeavours to provide continuous access to the Platform, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.

Suspension & Termination

Players may close their 01jl16 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Prior to account closure, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be addressed and any pending withdrawal requests completed. Real money balances will be returned to the verified payment method on file within a reasonable processing period.

Players may request a self-exclusion from the 01jl16 Platform through the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. Self-exclusions are available for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the Player will be blocked from logging in, depositing, or placing bets. 01jl16 will not reactivate a self-excluded account before the exclusion period has expired, except in the case of a permanent self-exclusion.

01jl16 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) 01jl16 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, abuse, or prohibited conduct; (c) KYC requirements have not been met within the required timeframe; or (d) continued operation of the Account would create a compliance or legal risk for 01jl16. Where funds are withheld pending an investigation, 01jl16 will notify the Player and aim to resolve the matter within a reasonable period.

Disputes & Governing Law

If you have a dispute relating to a transaction, game outcome, or account action on the 01jl16 Platform, you must first contact our support team via live chat and allow a reasonable period for the matter to be investigated and resolved internally. 01jl16 aims to respond to and resolve all formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.

In the absence of a verified technical malfunction, game outcomes determined by the 01jl16 Platform (or its certified game providers) are final. 01jl16 shall not accept claims based solely on the Player's subjective assessment of a game outcome.

Amendments to These Terms

01jl16 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, 01jl16 will endeavour to provide notice to registered Players via their registered email address or via a notification within the Platform.

Your continued use of the 01jl16 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.1.
